Kedarnath, Badrinath and Rudraprayag Tour Itinerary

Day 1

DAY 01: Pick up from Haridwar

Pickup from Haridwar and drive to Phata Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini River comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach. Overnight stay at phata hotel.

Day 2

DAY 02: Phata – Kedar Temple(By Helicopter) ) – Phata

After breakfast fly for Kedarnath Temple by helicopter. After darshan and puja and back . Overnight stay at hotel in Phata Hotel .

Sightseeing: - Kedarnath Ji Temple

Day 3

Day 03 : Phata - Badrinath

After Breakfast, Drive to Badrinath via chopta / Joshimath. Check in to the hotel arrival in Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening. Overnight stay at Badrinath.

Day 4

Day 04 : Badrinath –Rudarpryag

After Breakfast, visit Mana Village, Ganesh Guffa, Vyass Guffa near Badrinath Temple. Overnight Stay at hotel. In Rudarpeyag

Sightseeing: - Mana Village, Ganesh Guffa, Vyass Guffa, Panch Prayag.

Day 5

DAY 05: Rudarpryag- Rishikesh

After breakfast , check- out from the hotel and drive to Rishikesh and Drop.

Advance of 25% has to be paid at the time of booking, balance amount has to be paid one month prior to the date of Journey.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Children with the age of 2 years and above will be considered as full passengers.
• Passenger’s weighing more than 80 kgs shall be charged Rs. 150/ Kg for the total weight above 80 Kg.and 2kg luggage allowed in helicopter.
• The booking will be confirmed after 50% of the Package amount in advance. Rest of amount need to be deposited 15 days prior to the date of journey.
• Rescheduling of booking will be done subject to availability and 10% extra cost. This will be permitted only if applied 10 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 10 days of the journey, then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be done subject to availability
• Due to bad weather if the helicopter will not be able to fly, client will get refund of helicopter tickets on actual amount .
• If the client not able to board on time then will not get refund on helicopter tickets
• From Phata to Kedarnath, the passengers will be divided in different helicopters depending on the weight and balance of helicopter. The passengers will be requested to maintain the same arrangement till the end of the trip for all safety reasons. overweight and other helicopter charges as per government norms shall be paid directly to helipad airlines counter.
• Passengers travelling together may not travel in the same helicopter flight during Phata to Kedarnath. So, there will be a gap of duration between the helicopters.
• Any extras apart from the meals prescribed in the itinerary will be borne by the passengers directly. Also, the company will not be responsible for any change in the restaurants/hotel by the customer.
• Expenses made towards any new inclusion in the itinerary (in the form of newly added sightseeing destination) not mentioned previously in the original itinerary list will be chargeable on actual basis.

• All kinds of expenses that arise because of a natural calamity (in the form of weather, government restrictions, strikes, agitations, political disturbances of other nature etc.). These expenses will be borne by the customer.
